Fire App subscription

Caveman's Fire App starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial before you are charged.

After the trial, the subscription bills monthly. Cancel anytime from your account page using the Stripe Billing Portal ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again for that subscription after a completed cancel-at-period-end.

Free trial periods are not charged, so there is nothing to refund for a trial you cancel before billing starts. If you believe you were charged in error after canceling, email support and we will sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Banks and card issuers typically show the refund within 5–10 business days, though timing can vary by provider.
